Creative Aged Care in Community
The overall aim is to convert a former school building into a unique form of assisted housing, to enable residents of the Queenstown who otherwise would not be able to ‘age in place’, to do so, creating an innovative environment where they can hopefully reside in a community.
Studio apartments, Atrium garden space, Public cafe, Art & Craft workshops Artists in residence, Library/Tech hub, Theater/Performance Space.
